Sharing some very good feedback we received on our Brexit workshops from telesales calls made this afternoon to past delegates, 3 in 5 people said the workshops helped them prepare ahead of Brexit and are now in a good position after 1 January, with no particular concerns and in no need of support. One of the delegates was also more satisfied with our workshops than with the ones from other providers.

Richard was very professional but also extremely friendly and knowledgeable he provided us great information but was able to explain it in relation to our business very well which is what we wanted from a bespoke course as we have some cross department functionality. The WHM Pet Group ltd import and export wild bird feeing products and organised a bespoke training day to ensure staff had the tools they needed to manage daily customs activities with confidence. The day covered the specific topics that impact the day-to-day working of staff, such as how to use tariff codes, VAT reporting with HMRC, documentation required for import & export and many more topics! The overall training was very knowledgeable and engaging. Staff were able to discuss any issues they had, had and ask pertinent questions during the session. As a business we took a lot of worthwhile actions from the training and found it extremely valuable.
