Is this delivered online or face-to-face?
These private workshops are delivered online via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, so you can join from anywhere. If you would like an in-person workshop at your premises, please mention this in your enquiry and we can discuss options.
Will the session be tailored to our business?
Yes. We encourage you to send example documents, routes, HS codes and questions in advance. The session is then built around your real-world scenarios rather than generic examples.
Do we receive a certificate?
Every participant will receive an Export Unlocked™ certificate of attendance. This can be used as part of your staff training records and compliance evidence.
How do we pay?
Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll issue an invoice for the agreed group size. Payment is typically required ahead of the session date unless otherwise agreed.
