It explores duty deferral, bonded stock management, and the processing of merchandise to optimize trade efficiency.   8. Duty Suspension – Mechanisms for deferring or reducing duties on eligible goods.

  10. Inward Processing – Importing goods for processing without immediate duty payment.
  11. Outward Processing – Exporting goods for processing and re-importing them.
